Get Your Answers ..
Did you know that pendulums love to answer questions and to support you in making decisions. When choosing a pendulum be guided by the one that you feel most drawn to. It could be your favourite crystal or just because it stands out to you.
* As with any crystal it’s important to cleanse, charge and programme it with your intention. The intention could be something along the lines of ‘I’m open to knowing the truth for the highest good of all’ or ‘May this pendulum reveal what I need to know for healing and inspiration.’
* When you start practicing sit at a table with a chair that supports your back, shoulders relaxed, feet firmly on the floor and make sure your hands and legs aren’t crossed so your energy can flow.
* Hold the pendulum in whichever hand feels most comfortable. Hold the chain or thread of your pendulum between your thumb and index finger and support your arm by resting your elbow on the table in front of you.
* Suspend the pendulum high enough so it doesn’t touch the table and place your opposite hand palm down on the table.
* Take a few moments to centre and focus your attention on to the pendulum. Breathe deeply and relax your body and calm your mind.
* Four simple questions to work with are: yes, no, maybe, I don’t want to answer.
* Start getting to know your pendulum by finding out which movements represent your answers. Ensure it’s still before asking each question and make a note of the direction it swings or circles for each reply. A fun way of doing this is asking truthful and fake questions. Am I female? Am I male? Or ask it to show you the directions for yes / no etc.
* Be patient as it can take a while for your pendulum to warm up. Once you’re familiar with its movements it’s time to ask the questions you really want to know the answers to. Just ensure you’re relaxed and have a calm mindset before you start.
