Getting your magic to you..
REGULAR POSTAGE INFO
We usually aim to handle and dispatch all parcels on the same day or day after they’re received, with the exception of any received after 2pm due to the last collection at our post office.
However, during busy periods the parcels take a little longer to package due to the volume of orders. So please where possible allow:
1-3 days for First Class
3-5 days for Second Class
You will receive a dispatch email and text (if you choose this option) please check your junk folder if you can’t see it.
All parcels are delivered by Royal Mail. If we use a courier for a large order we will notify you.
PLANNED DELAYS
Around exceptionally busy times such as Christmas please allow up to a week from dispatch for delivery. We will release our last postage dates well in advance.
Like everyone we occasionally like a holiday. If there is a hold on parcel dispatches there will be a pop up or banner message informing you of the next dispatch date.
Occasionally Royal Mail strike, we will of course notify you of any expected delays in these cases too.
ORDERS PLACED AT WEEKENDS
Parcels are not dispatched on a Saturday or Sunday. Any orders received after 2pm on a Friday will be packed and posted on the following Monday / Tuesday depending on the volume received.
You may still receive a Saturday delivery , depending if Royal Mail offer this service in your area.
Again, with everything please be patient with us. We do pride ourselves on same day dispatch but occasionally things happen, or we get very busy.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES
If delivery is outside the UK please refer to the postage service you selected on your order confirmation.
We currently only ship to the United Kingdom, USA, Canada, Australia and some parts of Europe. Please be mindful that some countries can impose a customs charge, please check with your current governments custom website to see what these may be as we aren’t liable for these costs.
If your shipping country hasn’t been set up yet or you live outside of these areas please email [email protected] for your country to be added.

BREAKAGES & RETURNS
If you receive your magic and don’t connect with it please contact us within 48 hours to arrange a return at your expense. Once we receive it back in satisfactory condition we will refund you less any financial fees we may have incurred (PayPal fees).
Please note that we can’t refund worn jewellery for hygiene purposes. We encourage you to gift any unwanted pieces to a loved one. Please check the sizes carefully before ordering.
All of our magic is wrapped very well and sent as seen in the photos. Very rarely breakages can happen in transit, but this is not the fault of The Crystal Bar. Your crystals will still work perfectly, but we appreciate you’ll be disappointed, as will we. We advise that you claim the cost of your order through the Royal Mail website and still give your broken but magical pieces a loving home.
Alternatively you can return the items to us at your expense and we will refund what you paid, less any financial fees incurred by us (PayPal).
LOST MAIL
On the rare occasion a piece of Mail goes missing we ask you to follow the Royal Mail protocol of waiting up to 10 working days past the expected delivery date (1-3 days 1st class / 3-5 days 2nd class) in anticipation that it will arrive before contacting us. If the parcel shows as being delivered we request that you contact Royal Mail customer services to get a full compensation refund. As a customer you should get a refund within a week or so, as a seller it takes approximately a month which will delay a resolution for you.
RETURNED MAIL TO THE CRYSTAL BAR DUE TO DELIVERY OR ADDRESS ERROR
Please note that it’s not our responsibility for any mis deliveries, packages unable to be delivered as wrong address given on the order and the errors of the postal service.
Where the parcel is delivered back to us by Royal Mail we will contact you to reconfirm your address and ask for a new postage payment. With the exception of us making an error with your house number or postal code. We accept liability there.
If the parcel was left then taken by someone other than yourself please raise this with the relevant authorities and Royal Mail as we have completed our contract with the parcel being delivered. You can claim your parcel cost via Royal Mail.
