A new find, Zebra Calcite features incredible natural zebra-like patterns all the way to almost white and almost black in some instances.

Zebra Calcite, also called Raw Phantom Calcite is a new crystal that has just recently been found in Mexico. It gets its name from the inclusion of dark bands in the often honey coloured Calcite. In some case it can also contain Aragonite. Calcite gets its name from the Greek word “chalix” meaning lime. It comes in a wide variety of colours and is one of the most common minerals on Earth, making up the basis of limestone and marble.
