Important Subscription Information
Please take a moment to read the information below before subscribing.
Our new subscription launches and the first letters will be sent out September 2026. The first payments will be taken out on or around the 22nd August. For subsequent months please see below.
📅 Payments are taken on or around the 22nd of each month. Your payment covers the following month's Crystal & Cosmic Letter.
For example:
If you subscribe close to the 22nd of the month, your first payment may not be collected until the following month. This means your first Crystal & Cosmic Letter will be for the month after that.
For example, if you subscribe around 22nd July and your first payment isn't collected until 22nd August, your first delivery will be September's Crystal & Cosmic Letter.
We begin posting all subscriptions during the last week of each month to give them the best chance of arriving in time for the start of the new month. All subscriptions are sent via Royal Mail First Class Large Letter.
While we aim for your subscription to arrive as close to the 1st of the month as possible, please allow for normal postal times. If your letter arrives a day or two into the month, you'll still have plenty of time to enjoy your crystal, guidance, rituals and cosmic insights throughout the weeks ahead.
Missed the current month's mailing?
If you've subscribed around the payment date and would love to receive the current month's Cosmic Letter digitally while you wait for your first posted subscription, simply send us a message and we'll be happy to send you a manual invoice to receive it where possible.
